| 摘 要： | 摘要：建设项目动态联盟投标决策是一个多风险因素综合评价过程，既要考虑联盟自身实力、业主情况，又要考虑项目情况及竞争情况。通过查阅国内外公开发表的相关文献和对我国建设市场现状的调查研究，获得专家经验，以此为基础设计了建设项目动态联盟投标风险评价的指标体系。考虑指标间的相互影响与制约关系，以及专家的主观评价存在非线性的特点，研究了应用网络分析法进行评价的可行性，并阐述了其应用步骤。案例分析表明，网络分析法可以对多个项目进行投标风险评估排序，并且计算简单，可适用于多种综合评价问题。
