| 摘 要： | 党的十六届三中全会提出了以人为本,全面、协调、可持续的科学发展观。科学发展观的确立,是马克思主义社会发展观在中国社会主义建设新时期、新阶段的一种新突破和新飞跃,是党对马克思社会发展观认识的又一次升华。深层次探讨科学发展观背后的哲学理念,必将有利于我们在理念层面进一步加深对科学发展观的理解,更有利于在实践层面把科学发展观落实到实处,最终实现经济、社会和人的全面发展。

| Abstract: | The scientific view of development that is to be man-oriented, to be comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable has put forward at the Third Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee. It is a breakthrough and a leap of Marxist view of social development in the new period of our socialism construction, and another intensification of our party to Marxist view of social development. To go further into the philosophical concept of scientific view of development is advantageous to our understanding of it in the conceptual aspect and to the implementation of it in the practical aspect and then to fulfil development of economy, society and human. |
