| 摘 要： | 鞍山市垃圾分类工作仍处于起步阶段,还存在一些困难和问题。通过深入分析现存问题,提出了加强顶层设计、规范垃圾收运体系、加快分类处理终端设施建设、探索垃圾分类“两网融合”新模式、加大垃圾分类宣传力度促成市民良好习惯的形成等解决问题的对策。

| Abstract: | Anshan waste classification is still in its infancy,and there are still some difficulties and problems.Based on the in-depth analysis of the existing problems,this paper puts forward countermeasures to solve the problems from the perspectives of strengthening the top-level design,standardizing the garbage collection and transportation system,speeding up the construction of classification and treatment terminal facilities,exploring the new mode of“two networks integration”of garbage classification,and strengthening the publicity of garbage classification to promote the formation of good habits of citizens. |
