| 摘 要： | 构筑国家信息素质教育体系是信息系统保障国家计划中的一项核心战略任务,是一项与时并进艰巨复杂的人力资源系统培训工程。对构建国民信息素质教育体系问题,展开多视角、多层面、广泛而深层次的研究和探讨,从保障国家安全的战略高度,提出对策和建议,有助于国家制定出保障国家安全、符合社会进步的国民教育战略方针政策。信息安全教育项目的层次性与衔接性研究是国家信息素质教育体系项目建设中的一个重要研究课题。

| Abstract: | To build a national literacy education system is an essential task of the project of the information system security, and it is also an exhausting and complicated training project of manpower. A multi-aspected, many-sided, wide-ranged and deep research on the project of building a national information-literacy education system, and the related strategies and proposals on the height of national security, are all helpful for our country to lay down the educational strategies and polices that are advantageous to our national security and social development. And the issue on the studies of the gradation and splicing is an important topic of the national information- literacy education system building. |
