| Abstract: | Modern organizational theory was actually bom at the end of 19th century as well as at the beginning of 20th century. Its long-term development mainly owes to the development of the enterprise and the evolution of the relevant management theory. At the end of 1970s as well as at the beginning of 1980s, the emergence and development of Information Resources Management enriched the organizational theory greatly, which would promote a series of reforms of the future organizational management. |
