| 摘 要： | 提高高校学报的学术质量，说起来容易，但具体操作起来比较困难。作为专业性学术期刊，和全国知名的权威性学术期刊相比，大部分学报的学术质量是比较低的，这是一个不争的现实。文章针对高校学报存在的学术质量问题，在分析高校学报质量现状的基础上，剖析影响学报学术质量的因素，提出了提高学报学术质量的新思路。

| Abstract: | It is actually difficult to improve the academic quality of university journals. Most of the university journals are weak in academic quality comparing with national authority. The paper points out the present problems in journals, analyzing the present situation of financial and economic university journals and the author puts forward some new thoughts on the improvement. |
