| Abstract: | Under the background that Changzhou Library and Changzhou Institute of Technology would co-build a new library,by analyzing the significance and the mode of building the library through the joint efforts of public libraries and institute ones,this paper puts forward the suggestion that the new library should be constructed with the 'Two Libraries of One System mode. |
