| 摘 要： | 河南的服务业比重居全国最末位，服务业结构不合理，地区发展不平衡，服务业整体素质不高，严重制约着河南经济的发展。加快服务业发展是河南由经济大省向经济强省转变的必由之路。因此，必须转变思维观念，加强制度创新和政策调整及服务业内部结构调整。

| Abstract: | The proportion of the service industry of Henan province lines the last place in the whole country;its structure isn't reasonable,developing districes are unbalance,overall quality is quite low,which seriously restrict the economic development of Henan province.It is the necessary way for Henan province's changing from a big economic province to a strong economic one to swiftly develop its service industry.Therefore,it is necessary for the province to change its thinking idea,strengthen the systemic innovation and policy regulation and the internal regulation of the service industry. |
