| 摘 要： | 民办院校在发展中，优势与劣势共存，机遇与挑战同在。办学理念新颖、机构设置精简、办学效果显著等是其优势；国外私立高校对我国民办高校办学形式的促进、国家对民办高等教育的高度重视和支持，是其面临的机遇；内部管理机制不很健全、办学资金短缺、办学层次偏低，是其劣势；一些法规缺乏可操作性和激励性、行业竞争激烈，以及社会对民办高校的歧视和偏见。是其面临的威胁。妥善处理办学与获取名利的关系、正确定位、多渠道筹集资金、加强学校建设、打造完备的师资队伍、加强科研工作、提高教学质量、构建优秀的校园文化，应是民办院校发展的出路所在。

| Abstract: | In the coures of development,civilian-run colleges and universties have advantages and disadvantages,chances and challenges.The new ideas,simplified structures and remarkable achievements are their advantages.Promotion of the school-running form given by foreign private-run colleges and universties and the much attention paid by the state are their chances.The not so sound internal management mechanism and the insufficient funds are their disadvantages.Some unfavorable regulations and the sharp competation are the threats faced by them.It is the out way for them to well handle the relation between running school and getting fame and gain;correct position;raise funds for strengthening the construction of school;well build teaching staff;strengthen scientific research work;enhance teaching quality and set up good campus culture. |
