| Abstract: | The urbanization promotes the escalation of indusatial structure and the change of the requirement for men of ability.In the process of urbanization,the civilian-run higher education has its selfish function,economic function and stable function.The government should support the civilian-run higher education and the civilian-run higher education should take the way to combining with urbanization and promote the process of urbanization. |
