| 摘 要： | 国际收支平衡是一国宏观经济追求的目标之一。一国往往通过汇率政策来达到此目的。但通过汇率政策来实现国际收支平衡往往难完全达到目的。因此，要从理论与现实两方面分析原因。在经济全球化的今天。应采取切实有效的方法，实现国际收支平衡的目标。

| Abstract: | The international balance of income and outllay is one of the purposes that sought by the marcroscopic enconomy of a country.A country often achieves this purpose through the exchange rate policy,however,this purpose cannot be completely realized only by the exchange rate policy.Therefore,we should analyze the reason by both theory and reality.In the present days of economic globalization,it is necessary to take the effective way so as to realize the purpose of the international balance of income and outlay. |
