| 摘 要： | 教学实验中一般用金属线胀系数仪测量金属棒线胀系数与温度的关系1],但很少采用金属丝来测量金属的线胀系数,文章介绍利用拉伸法测量金属丝线胀系数的方法,在实验中我们增加了读数显微镜和CCD成像系统,能够对光信号进行实时监控,克服视差,读数效果直观清晰.同时也采用了AD590M和温控电加热系统,来减少金属丝裸露部分散热和温度测量误差.实验结果显示金属丝线胀系数与标准参数符合较好.

| Abstract: | Coefficient of linear expansion of wire can not be measured by using linear expansion coefficient instrument in student experiment,while the relation between linear expansion coefficient and temperature can be measured in metallic rod.The method of stretch measuring of coefficient of linear expansion of wire was taken in this paper.it was showed that the results of stretch measuring agree well with the standard parameter. |
