| 摘 要： | 学生干部是班集体凝聚力的核心。学校通过学生干部将各项教育管理工作落到实处，了解学生的思想动态，掌握学生的学习、生活规律，从而制订出正确的管理措施。要从三方面抓好学生班干部的培养和教育，通过民主化班风的建设、民主化班级的管理、班级活动和文化建设，来形成和谐的班风。

| Abstract: | Student carders are the cores of the class collective cohesion.Through student carders the school caries out various educational management works,understands the students' ideological motive actions,masters the students' learning and living rules,thereby sets up correct management measures.The school must well seize the cultivating and educating works for the class student carders,and form the harmonious class mode through the construction of democratizing class mode,democratizing management of class and grade;and the actions of class and grade. |
