| 摘 要： | 非公有制经济是我国社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分。要谋求中国经济的快速发展,必须在坚持公有制为主体的前提下大力发展非公有制经济,这已成为全党全国人民的共识;而要更好更快地发展非公有制经济,必须建立健全促进非公有制经济发展的制度和政策支撑体系,改进政府管理和服务。

| Abstract: | Private-owned economy is an important compoent part of our country's socialist market economy.In order to make our country's economy quickly develop,it is necessary to vigorously develop the private-run economy under the premise of persisting in taking the public-owned economy as the mainbody,which has been commonly understood by the whole Party and people.What's the more,for still better and faster developing private-owned economy,it is necessary to set up and improve the support system and policy for the development of private-owned economy and improve the government adminstration and service. |
