| 摘 要： | 目前健美操已逐步进入到学校的体育教学当中,如何培养学生对健美操的学习兴趣,已成为每个体育教师的当务之急。文章通过对健美操特点及教学方法的研究,提出了激发学生对健美操学习兴趣的途径和方法,对学生掌握动作、培养兴趣、提高教学效果将起到积极的作用。

| Abstract: | Body mechanics has been being a part of P.E.teaching in schools.How to cultivate students' interests in body mechanics has been urgent to every teacher.By research into features of body mechanics and teaching method,this article puts forward ways and methods to cultivate students' interest in body mechanics,which will have great positive effect on students' master of movement and promotion of teaching effect. |
