| 摘 要： | 师范生实践教学是高师院校教育教学的重要组成部分，也是提高师范生综合素质的重要手段。然而，目前高师院校学生教育评价体系与基础教育发展需要之间存在一定的矛盾，高师院校实践教学存在一系列问题并面临着新的挑战，所以必须创设实践教学的“2—4—8—N”新模式，建立有效的质量监控与考核机制。

| Abstract: | Normal college students' practice teaching is important part of normal university education,It is also important way of boosting students' ability to be employed and character as well.However,at present time there are conflict and contradiction between estimate and development of basic education.There are challenge in normal college practice education.So it has to establish new practice teaching mode "2-4-8-N".establish effective effect control and assess system as well. |
