摘    要:叶企孙的教育思想及教学实践是清华历史乃至中国高等教育发展史中的一个重要组成部分,其因材施教、广聘名师、通才教育、前瞻性的科学眼光对清华物理系、理学院在上世纪三、四十年代的迅速发展并培养出一批卓越人才,进而开拓、促进我国物理学及整个自然科学的发展起了重要作用;在教学实践中提倡的重基础、重教学、重科研、重实验则为培育人材提供了保障。

Abstract:CHI-SUN-YEH's educational thoughts and teaching practices is an important part of Tsinghua history,and also important for Chinese Higher Education History.Research on his educational thoughts and teaching practices still have the meaning of draw lesson for present.YEH's educational thoughts consist of teaching according to one's ability,hiring the famous master,liberal education,forward looks science taste.According to his thoughts,Tsinghua Physics Department and College Of Science developed rapidly in 1930-1940s,educated many outstanding talented persons,further more,exploited and promoted the development of Chinese Physical Science.In particular,YEH paid attention to element teaching,science research,experiment,this way of teaching ensured students with ability being brought up.
