| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阑尾源性弥漫性腹膜炎围手术期处理方法。方法对1989年11月至2002年12月作者所在医院手术治疗的125例阑尾炎所致弥漫性腹膜炎临床资料进行回顾性研究。结果治愈120例，死亡5例。切口感染31例，肺炎5例，肠粘连梗阻8例。肠间或盆腔脓肿8例。结论对阑尾源性弥漫性腹膜炎患者术前、术后注重水、电解质、酸碱平衡的维持和失衡的纠正、有效抗生素应用、中西医结合治疗，术中彻底清理腹腔，妥善放置腹腔引流管及切口皮下引流管．强心、利尿等综合处理措施，保持内环境稳定。减少并发症发生．可以明显改善预后和病程转归。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the influence of the prognosis with perioperative management on appendicitis-peritonitis. Methods: The clinical data of 125 patients with appendicitis -peritonitis were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Of the 125 patients,120 patients were cured,5 cases died postoperalively,postoperative complications have 52 cases. Conclusions: In sappendicitis -peritonitis patients ,they have more complications, so extensive perioperative management is necessary(essential) and help the recovery to the prognosis. |
