| 摘 要： | 军队院校转型中任职教育院校面临的任务，对其学报提出了更高的要求。可目前相当数量的任职教育院校学报编辑部，因其编辑人员知识的不足而难堪重任。为尽快提高其军事专业知识、编辑业务知识和语言文字知识水平，应采取切实有效的学习、积累和更新知识的方法。

| Abstract: | The tasks the institutes of job-oriented education face in the process of transformation of the military institutes,put forward higher requirements for their journals. It is hard for journal editing department in many institutes of job-oriented education to meet the requirement due to their staff's lack of knowledge. In order to raise their level of special military knowledge,editing and language skills,effective measures should be taken to learn,accumulate and update their knowledge. |
