| 摘 要： | 提高教育教学质量是所有国家政府、学校和教育工作者努力追求的目标,也是各个国家教育改革的主题,德国也不例外.本文探讨了德国二十一世纪前十年基础教育改革的背景,详细梳理了其基础教育改革所采取的具体措施并取得的初步成效.本文对我国进一步深化基础教育改革与发展有重要的借鉴与启示意义.

| Abstract: | Improving quality of teaching and learning is the target that all countries,schools and educators try their best to achieve.Germany is among the countries.This paper explores the reform background of the basic education,the detail measures adopted and the achievements made in the first 10 years of the 21st century in Germany.It can give us some implications for our country to deepen the reform and development of basic education. |
