摘 要: | 本文以历史文献分析法,从五个美国外语教师职前培养项目标准中得出五个结论:重视外语教师职前培养,培养项目体系日臻完善;培养内容重心从教师学科知能转向教师整体专业结构;培养项目标准结构均衡化,从外在工具性过渡为内在自主性专业发展特征;回归语言学习的人文本质,培养文化多元的国际意识;重视教学管理能力培养,强调评估能力均衡发展。

Abstract: | By a historical literature review of 5 sets of program standards for the preparation of FL teachers in USA,5 conclusions have been drawn: emphasis on FLT preparation,gradual improvement of standards systems;content focus from content knowledge and skill to the whole professional structure;equalization in structure development,from external instrumental feature to professional development with internal autonomy;recurrence of humanities in language learning,enhancement of global consciousness of cultural diversity;Focus on instructional management competence with assessment techniques. |
