| 摘 要： | 从法经济学角度，运用立法供求、立法预期目前成本与立法预期效益的法经济学元素，结合具体案例分析了我国情事变更制度的几度兴衰，认为由于国家宏观调控政策的进一步科学，专家学者们对情事变更制度的研究更加深入，司法改革初见成效，法官整体素质不断提高，在我国完善情事变更制度的时机已经成熟。

| Abstract: | From the angle of legislative economy, through the utilizing of the legislative economy elements including legislative supply, the expected costs and effectiveness of legislation, combining the specific cases, the rise and fall of China＇s circumstances change system are analyzed. It is pointed out that the time to improve the circumstance change system is suitable owing to the more scientific macro-control, the experts＇ further research on circumstances change system, the effectiveness of legislation reform and the continously improve of the judges. |
