| 摘 要： | 技术创新是企业发展的永续动力，中小企业作为技术创新的主要载体，在世界各国的经济发展中占据着非常重要的地位，在经济全球化的背景下，我国加入WTO，将对我国中小企业技术创新带来新的机遇和挑战，本文对加入WTO我国中小企业技术创新的内涵和外延扩展作了简要分析，并提出了若干应对策略。
