| 摘 要： | 图式理论表明，二语习得中母语知识和目的语知识间存在着内容图式横向迁移和内容图式在阅读中纵向迁移现象。因此，在阅读教学中，教师要重视跨文化差异引起的内容图式迁移对英语阅读理解的影响，教师要通过各种手段培养学生的文化意识，激活并逐步建构起较完整的内容图式，这是一个不可忽视的重要教学环节。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly concerns the ESL readers?content schema transfer between the knowledge of their own cultureand that of the target language. It also discuses the content schema transfer in downgrading reading process. In order to achievecross-cultural awareness, a series of activities are designed to build up or complete the students?content schema. So that thepositive transfer might be made the best use of, while the negative effects are hoped to be eliminated. |
