| Abstract: | Based on the theory of games, this paper constructs a model of tacit knowledge sharing within the enterprise. The possibility of knowledge sharing from the viewpoint of knowledge sharing compensation and infinitely-repeated games is analyzed. Methods of how to realize tacit knowledge sharing within the enterprise are presented. |
