| 摘 要： | 李清照的《词论》是中国词史上第一篇词学理论著作，但历来为人所诟病。对她的批评主要集中在两点上。一是认为她“词别是一家”的主张桎梏了别人；二是认为仅从协律的角度批评苏词是有失偏颇的。事实上，李清照的《词论》是在考察了唐五代至宋词学的发展历史后而总结出来的艺术特性和艺术规律。她对北宋众多词人的评价是实事求是，准确公允的。她对各家词的批评，是和她本人的个性气质分不开的。李清照的《词论》出现在词体地位确立的时候，在中国词史上有着不可磨灭的贡献。

| Abstract: | ＂On Ci＂,first theory works in Chinese Ci-poetry history and written by Li Qingzhao,has been denounced by the public from the ancient time.To her criticisms are mainly concentrated on two points.One is that her claims on Ci style have prevented the other poets.The other point is that her evaluation on Su Ci is biased only from the points of Ci rhythm,because Su Shi not only expanded Ci itself but also improved the status of the Ci.However,in the author＇s point of view,＂On Ci＂ is Li Qingzhao＇s comment of artistic features and norms after she studied the development of Ci originating in the Tang Dynasty（618-907） and fully developed in the Song Dynasty.Her evaluation on other poets of Northern Song Dynasty is accepted by most people and the characteristics of the evaluation are closely related to her personality.Her ＂On Ci＂ plays an important role in Ci history and it is a great contribution to the Chinese culture. |
