| 摘 要： | 本文对唐代从谂禅师之赵州禅与当代净慧长老之生活禅作了一些探讨，力图找到二者内在的联系与共同之处。作者认为：赵州禅与生活禅之内核乃一脉所承，都是六祖慧能禅法的继承与发展。从某种意义上说，生活禅是赵州禅基本精神的回归。
