摘    要:教师职前教育是现代教育体系的重要一环。改革现行的教师职前教育模式是全面推进素质教育,推广实施基础教育新课程的必要前提。要培养基础教育课程改革及新课程的推广实施所需要的新型教师,我国的教师职前教育机构不仅要更新教育观念,确立新的教育理念,而且还应改革相对落后的教育模式,建构有效的教师职前教育模式。

Abstract:Pre- work education for teachers is an important link of modern educational system. The reform of current pre- work education mode is a necessa ry premises of the all- round promotion of quality education and the implementa tion of new curriculum in basic education. To cultivate the new- type teachers required by the reform and the new curriculum, in China' s pre- work education agencies not only the educational idea is renewed and the new idea is establish ed, but also the comparatively backward educational mode should be reformed and the effective pre- work education mode should be constructed.
