| 摘 要： | 加强高校离退休党支部建设，是全面推进党的建设的伟大工程的需要，是搞好离退休党员管理、教育的需要，也是落实离退休党员政治待遇的需要。需要切实增强在职人员的责任感，建立健全支部建设的各项制度，充分发挥离退休党员先锋模范作用，开展灵活多样的支部活动，进行支部组织建设的工作创新。
