| 摘 要： | 秘书专业课程实践性强,在教学中应用情景模拟教学法,改变了灌输式的传统教学方式,有效提高了学生对秘书学理论知识的理解力、实践操作能力以及人际沟通、团队合作等多种能力。学生在秘书角色的模拟表演中,借助逼真的秘书工作场景,成为知识的主动建构者。通过梳理情景模拟中的在秘书学课程实施过程中的阶段和步骤,探讨了该教学法的应用。
