| 摘 要： | 实施差异发展教学与实现教育公平在本质上是一致的。具体体现为：从公平的内涵来看，教育公平的核心内涵不是“划一”，而是“相称”；从教育公平的发展历史来看，教育公平的理想目标和终极追求是实现教育的个性化。从我国当前教育公正的发展现状来的看，在课堂教学中导致教育不公正的主要原因是划一性教学，倡导实施差异发展教学，正是为了实现真正意义上的而非表面的实现教育公平。
