| 摘 要： | "汉语热"在世界范围内广泛升温,来华留学人数不断增加,河北地方高校应该抓住良机,大力发展外国留学生教育,以推进我省高校国际化进程。以唐山师范学院为个案,利用市场营销学中的"10Ps"理论为指导,提出一些加速河北地方高校留学生教育发展的措施和方法。
