| 摘 要： | 旷日持久的死刑存废之争,使我们不得不面对如何认识和评价死刑。中国保留了死刑,但从制度和程序上限制死刑的适用,这符合中国的国情。然而人类最终必将全面废除死刑,这是社会历史发展的必然。

| Abstract: | Dispute existing and abolishing in long-drawn-out death penalty,enable our having to face how to realize and appraise death penalty.China has kept death penalty,but the one that limited death penalty from system and procedure was applicable to,this accords with national conditions of China.But the mankind will abolish death penalty in an all-round way finally,this is necessity of social historical development. |
