| 摘 要： | 在我国当前的法治语境下 ,似乎只有司法具备权威 ,而仲裁则长期出于没有权威无人重视的境地。实际上这是对司法和仲裁误读的结果。相反 ,作为一种古老的纠纷解决机制 ,仲裁也需要权威 ,权威同样是仲裁的生命。我国目前仲裁不兴的根本原因在于仲裁权威的不足。

On the contrary, the author believes authority is also the life of arbitration and arbitration needs authority. |
