| 摘 要： | 高职院校办学与企业密不可分，企业需要人才的规格是高职院校办学的努力方向，校企联合办学才能实现优势互补，使高职院校培养出来的学生达到企业对人才的要求。实行“零距离”办学、“订单式”教育、“零适应期”合作教育模式，才能实现高职教育与企业用人无缝对接。
