| 摘 要： | 给出利用移动WAP技术构建数字图书馆的一般思想，提出一种采用WAP网站技术来为读者提供随时随地服务的技术方案，设计并实现一个功能较完善的移动图书馆系统原型。这种基于WAP技术的移动图书馆设计方案为数字化图书馆的建设和应用提供一种新的研究思路，既扩大图书馆服务的服务范围，又能够使图书馆的资源得到充分的利用。

| Abstract: | This paper gives a new point of view to built digital libraries on WAP technology，solves the problem how to use the WAP site to provide the personal services to readers，and designs and implements a fully functional prototype of the mobile library system. This WAP-based mobile library design offers a new research idea to the digital library’s construction and application. The realization of the WAP-based mobile library not only expands the scope of library services, but also makes library resources fully utilized. |
