| 摘 要： | 目的了解新建本科院校大学生人际关系和自我和谐的关系,为大学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用横断研究设计,使用大学生人际关系问卷和自我和谐量表,在四所新建本科院校采用整体分层取样方法对1471名大学生进行问卷调查,所有数据应用SPSS15.0进行统计处理。结果 （1）大学生在人际关系上的人口学变量差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。（2）大学生在自我和谐各因素上的人口学变量差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。（3）大学生人际关系与自我和谐的相关有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论大学生人际关系对自我和谐具有一定的影响,要提高个体的自我和谐程度,培养良好的人际交往能力是有效的途径。

| Abstract: | Objective This paper explores relationship between interpersonal relationship and self consistency and congruence of college students and lays foundation for the improvement of students＇ self consistency and congruence.Method There are 1471 college students investigated by questionnaire of interpersonal relationship,self consistency and congruence measuring scale.Results ～① There is statistical significance on demography variate disparity in terms of all factors for college students＇ interpersonal relationship（P 0.01）.～②There is statistical significance on demography variate disparity in terms of all factors for college students＇ self consistency and congruence.（P0.01） ～③There is statistical significance on the correlation between interpersonal relationship,self consistency and congruence for college students（P0.01）.Conclusion To some extent,college students＇ self consistency and congruence is affected by their interpersonal relationship.To improve the individual＇s self consistency and congruence degree,the most effective method is to foster enough capability on interpersonal communication. |
