| 摘 要： | 该文基于对内蒙古中部地区263名小学教师的职业倦怠状况所作的调查,其旨在分析内蒙古中部地区小学教师的职业倦怠现状及农村、城市小学教师职业倦怠的差异,以期为做好小学教师职业倦怠的预防及其干预提供科学依据。研究结果表明：城市小学教师的情绪衰竭、去人性化维度明显高于农村小学教师,而在认知枯竭维度上,农村小学教师显著地高于城市小学教师。
