高等教育评估中“第三方评估”的历史与发展模式分析

摘    要:我国现行的高等教育评估以教育行政部门的组织进行为主,而社会力量参与高等教育评估被称为“第三方评估”。在回顾分析第三方评估历史发展的基础上,提出来了第三方评估合理的组织模式,供评估组织者在形成第二轮本科评估模式时参考,以期进一步提高高等教育水平。

Abstract:Higher education evaluation implemented now is mainly organized by the educational administrative departments. The model that social forces participate in evaluation is called 'the third-party evaluation'. On the basis of reviewing the historical development of third-party evaluation,this paper points out a reasonable organizational model of third-party evaluation as a reference to the evaluation organizers to form the second round of the undergraduate course teaching evaluation,with a view to further improving the level of higher education.
