| 摘 要： | 我国现行的高等教育评估以教育行政部门的组织进行为主，而社会力量参与高等教育评估被称为“第三方评估”。在回顾分析第三方评估历史发展的基础上，提出来了第三方评估合理的组织模式，供评估组织者在形成第二轮本科评估模式时参考，以期进一步提高高等教育水平。

| Abstract: | Higher education evaluation implemented now is mainly organized by the educational administrative departments. The model that social forces participate in evaluation is called ＇the third-party evaluation＇. On the basis of reviewing the historical development of third-party evaluation,this paper points out a reasonable organizational model of third-party evaluation as a reference to the evaluation organizers to form the second round of the undergraduate course teaching evaluation,with a view to further improving the level of higher education. |
