| 摘 要： | 基于“管理生态学”的思想，对人力资源投资风险及其规避研究从人力资源生态角度进行了探讨。提出了人力资源生态是由人力资源供求生态、偏好生态、组织内部生态、文化生态所构成的一个复杂整体，人力资源投资风险的大小是由这四种生态环境力量对比均衡结果所决定的。

Human resources ecology included supply and demand ecology, preference ecology,interior ecology and culture ecology. Human resources investment risks are determined by the balance of these four ecologies . |
