| 摘 要： | 西方基督教传统以其深刻的幽暗意识洞察人性之罪恶,这种关于人性恶的视角成为自由主义学者进行政治制度设计的理论根据,他们带着幽暗意识设计出权力制衡的民主制度。政治上的权力制衡原则延伸到高等教育领域,使得美国的高等教育体制通过分权而有效地保障了学术自由。

| Abstract: | In the western traditional culture, the Holy Bible provides an insight into the soul of the human being filled with the original sins by the hidden consciousness. Based on the view of the evil human nature, some scholars who have followed the ideas of freedom have designed and constructed the political system, especially the democratic political system characterized with the powers shared among the legislative, administrative and judicial organs. In the United States, the practice of decentralizing in the political powers has been introduced to the fields of the higher education and has realized in guaranteeing the freedoms and rights of academic development. |
