| 摘 要： | 理想态的大学教师应是"知识分子之柱"、"教书育人之范"、"科学研究之星",现实态的大学教师却是失格的知识分子、失范的教书育人者与矢志的科学研究者。为尽量缩小其现实角色与理想角色之间的差距,大学教师应与政府、大学等携手进行角色调适。

| Abstract: | Theoretic role of teachers in university and college are the backbone of intellectual and the nonesuch of pedagogue and the star of investigator. But realistically,the teachers in university and college have not been the backbone and the nonesuch and the star. Teachers should collaborate with the government and university and college for adjusting the gaps between the theoretic role and practical role of teachers. |
