| 摘 要： | 大学生人文精神的培育事关重大。在培育大学生人文精神过程中除了教育教学之外,需要很好地发挥管理的作用。各级管理层的人文意识、人文关怀、人文素质对大学生影响重大。负责宏观管理的大学校长应高瞻远瞩、统观全局,制定的决策应有助于实施全面素质教育,应使人文社会科学受到高度重视。院系管理者以及辅导员、班主任等应端正服务态度,增强人文意识,展现人文风采,体现人文关怀。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of human spirit in university students is of great importance.Apart from education and teaching,management plays an important role in the cultivation process.The human awareness,human concern and human quality of management at various levels exert big influence on students.University presidents should take a holoscopic view and make decisions that are conducive to the implementation of all-round education and attach great significance to humanities.Administrators as well as counselors and supervisors should take right attitude,enhance human awareness,display human splendor and realize human concern. |
