Knowledge Management Technology: a Meta-Synthesis Perspective |

| Abstract: | The concept, characteristic and recent progress of knowledge technology is discussed based on the literary research. Then, challenges in studying and practicing knowledge technology are analyzed. Finally, the paper discussed knowledge technology from a meta-synthesis perspective and proposed a flexible framework for the integration of knowledge technologies. |
