开展法学双语教学必须厘清的四个问题

摘    要:对目前可选择作为法学双语教学的三类教材进行了比较研究,陈述每类教材的利弊,对课堂讲授、案例、模拟审判的法学教学方法在双语课程中的运用进行了分析比较,法学双语教学应当对多种教学方法理性选择、有机组合,并且尊重、遵守英语教学的客观规律。

Abstract:After a critical analysis and comparison on three types of textbooks, the author thinks that original English legal textbooks are the most suitable for the purpose of bilingual teaching in laws in China at present. At last, the author hold on that teaching methods should be flexible and satisfied with the abilities and needs of students. The bilingual legal teaching, as the part of legal teaching, is not exeeptable. It should not only practice lectures, case method and mock trial, but also respect and observe to the rule of English teaching methodology.
