| 摘 要： | 分析了MTS材料试验机维护和试验过程中出现的一些问题,包括试件在试验过程中停机时出现断裂、MTS809高温炉内腔温度与控制温度出现差异、拉伸夹具吊装过程中的安全隐患等,并详细介绍了解决这些问题的措施。

| Abstract: | Some problems about MTS testing and maintaining are analyzed,which include the sample breaking when the testing is stoped,temperature calibrations when the control temperature of MTS809 is not consistent with the actual temperature in inner cavity of MTS 653.02 furnace,and the danger from the hoisting process of the lower clamp.Relative measures taken for dealing with them are presented in the paper. |
