| 摘 要： | 植物组织培养是生物工程应用基础研究的重要组成部份，是植物基因工程研究中的一项重要技术手段。本文就楚雄州实际出发打牢农业基础，继续巩固烤烟这个支柱；增加两烟的科技含量，加快培育新的支柱产业和新的经济增长步伐，初步分析了组织培养技术在农业烟草生产中的重要经济价值和巨大应用价值。

| Abstract: | Plant tissue culture is a significant part of the basic reasearch of the application of Biological Engineering,is also a major technique in the reaseareh of Plant Gene Engineering. Based on our ChuXiong Prefecture practical productive facts, that are how to consolidate the fundamental position of Agriculture and continue to strengthen the peduction of flue - cured tobacco as industriol mainstay, how to enbance the technical content of the production of both Tobacco and Cigarette, how to develop new industrial mainstay and keep new paces of economic growth with the times, The important economic vfolue and tremendous applied value of Tissue. Culture Technique in agricultural production were summarizied and identified in this paper. |
