| 摘 要： | 在国际上混业经营大潮的影响下，面对加入WTO后的国际竞争压力，金融控股公司成为我国金融业从分业经营向混业经营过渡的一种模式，由于金融控股公司形式下存在特有的风险，需要从内部控制和外部监管两方面着手，建立起相应的监管体系以防范风险。

| Abstract: | Under the influence of the great tide of financial trade consolidating in the world,facing the international competitive pressure after joining in the WTO, the financial holding company becomes a kind of mode of the financial trade of our country from separation to consolidation. Because of the particular risk of the financial holding company, it is necessary to establish the correspondent regulation system on both internal control and external regulation to avert risk. |
