| 摘 要： | 对健美操的艺术特性进行了探讨。认为健美操的艺术特性主要包括直觉性、动作性、节奏性、造型性、抒情性、综合性;从总体上看,艺术体操是一种以人的身体动作为主要表现手段,并综合了音乐、服饰等艺术形式,以具有节奏性和创造性的直观的动态的形象,表现人的情感、活力和思想,反映社会生活的艺术。
