摘    要:农村学校布局调整之后,师资队伍整体素质有所提升,教师的流动符合人才流动的方向,教师专业发展机会方面有所改善。但环境变化,增加了教师压力;工作量增加,加重了教师负担;专业发展机会有限,形成了一定的职业倦怠。学校和教育行政主管部门应努力提高农村教师待遇,减轻教师心理压力;推进农村基础教育人事制度改革,加强教师交流.力Ⅱ强教师培训,促进教师专业发展,从而真正实现学校布局调整的效益和质量共同提升。

Abstract:Rural schools mapping restructure, improved the overall quality of teachers, teacher mobility is also agree with the direction of talent flow, teacher professional development opportunities also improved. But it takes different pressure to teachers because of environmental change; Teacher' s workload and burden has in- creased compared with the original; It takes job burnout to teachers because of professional development op- portunity has not been elevated. Schools and the departments of administration of education should strive to improve the treatment of rural teachers, reduce teacher~ s psychological pressure; carry out reforms in person- nel system of basic education; enhance teacher exchange; enhance teacher training and learning, promote pro- fessional development of teachers, realize efficiency and quality of the rural schools mapping restructure.
